| COMPANY HISTORY
Tissue Culture Biologicals was founded in 1978 as a supplier to the growing biotechnology industry. Most of our serum products are collected and processed in central California. A Certificate of Origin is supplied with each order. All products are manufactured under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines established by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Tissue Culture Biologicals maintains excellence in all its products and concentrates on supplying it’s customers with the highest quality in the industry. In addition to “in house” testing, we utilize several outside cGMP qualified laboratories to assure consistent quality control. Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) has always been our primary product. Over the years our product list has grown to include many hard to find items. Tissue Culture Biologicals is licensed and inspected by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Human products are handled under permits and safety regulations set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). To further accommodate our customers, Tissue Culture Biologicals will store purchased serum upon request, at no charge. Customers may order sera manufactured to desired specifications. All Tissue Culture Biologicals products are fully guaranteed to meet customer’s specifications and to perform beyond expectation. |
